Role: Technical Integration Business Analyst
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: C2C/W2/1099 Contract

🎯 Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Integration Business Analyst with strong experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving integration solutions across enterprise applications. The candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical teams, ensuring seamless integration between platforms and delivering scalable solutions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for integration projects.

  • Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Support integration between CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Google Cloud Platform, or similar).

  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and propose process improvements.

  • Prepare user stories, workflows, and data mapping documents.

  • Facilitate UAT, training, and post‑implementation support.

 

📌 Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with focus on system integration.

  • Strong knowledge of API integrations, middleware, and data flows.

  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systems.

  • Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Ability to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).

  • Knowledge of contact center integrations or workflow automation.

  • Exposure to SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools.
