Location: Long Beach, CA (Need local only to LA)

Job Description:
The Support Operations Manager oversees post-implementation support operations, including service desk management, SLA adherence, incident escalation, and ongoing enhancements after go-live.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage support teams and resource allocation to meet service demands.
Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
Coordinate incident and problem management processes.
Prioritize and schedule operational enhancements based on business impact.
Ensure knowledge management and continuity plans are in place.
