  • Develop and maintain data catalogs, user documentation, and training materials.

  • Provide user support for query development and data access troubleshooting.

  • Recommend improvements to enhance data accessibility and system efficiency.

<>Change & Configuration Management</>
  • Coordinate database and schema modifications through development, test, and production environments.

  • Ensure all changes follow formal change control and SDLC processes.

  • Maintain the data dictionary, scripts, and technical documentation to ensure system consistency and transparency.

<>Platform Maintenance & Resilience</>
  • Research and recommend hardware and software upgrades to improve system performance and reliability.

  • Plan and implement platform upgrades to remain within vendor-supported versions.

  • Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) planning, testing, and response activities.

  • Working knowledge of additional Software AG tools such as NaturalONE, Predict, EntireX, and DDM management best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with capacity planning, system modernization, and performance optimization initiatives.

  • Participation in government or large enterprise BC/DR programs.
