As a Product Manager in the Omnichannel Payment Solutions, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Omnichannel Payments provides multiple payment options in a single, consistent and seamless experience for the customer. The Omnichannel team provides instore, biometrics, and hardware solutions to bring together multiple product offerings to provide a single solution to meet all our clients needs.

Job responsibilities
  • Work with clients to help define solution migrations paths specific to their needs.
  • Define, develop, communicate and execute strategic plans for introducing new product initiatives for payment solutions
  • Collaborate across all departments, conducting an impact assessment and identifying stakeholders are ready for planned implementation
  • Partner with technical teams to determine feasibility of building out new services to introduce into the market
  • Contribute to project planning process to ensure all readiness activities are included and tracked in the project delivery schedule

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience in the payments industry
  • Thrives in managing cross-collaboration across a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Demonstrated prior experience working with merchant payment systems in both physical and digital environments
  • Previous experience working with cross border payment systems is desired
