We have an urgent requirement for a Java Micro-Frontend Developer (ReactJS, AWS, DynamoDB). Please find the details below:

Position: Java Micro-Frontend Developer (ReactJS, AWS, DynamoDB, TDD)
Location: Moline, IL Local candidates only
Duration: Long Term
Visa: Only Independent Contractors

Experience: 13 15 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance a cloud-based web application.

  • Maintain and improve ReactJS-based micro frontends integrated with Java Spring Boot microservices.

  • Ensure scalable data operations using DynamoDB.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and maintainable software solutions.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • ReactJS & TypeScript: Strong in modular, reusable UI components and state management in a micro frontend setup.

  • Micro Frontends: Experience designing and integrating independently deployable frontend modules.

  • Java Spring Boot: Building RESTful APIs and backend services in a microservices environment.

  • CI/CD & DevOps: Automated build, test, and deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).

  • API Integration: Expertise in consuming and exposing APIs securely and efficiently.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • AWS Cloud Services: ECS Fargate, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Terraform.

  • DynamoDB: NoSQL data modeling, query optimization, and backend integration.

  • Testing Frameworks: Jest, RTL, JUnit, Bruno.

  • Monitoring & Logging: Datadog or AWS CloudWatch.

  • Agile Methodologies: Jira, Confluence.
