Title: Flexcube Business Analyst
Location: Irving, TX (Remote)
Duration: Fulltime
Experience: 8+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Flexcube Core Banking product, Strong SQL, PLQSL, functional knowledge in Flexcube Modules,experience in writing BRD /FRD, delivery models.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Expertise in Banking Domain and preferable Core Banking (Corporate banking), Accounting analysis /regulatory guidelines.
- In-depth knowledge on Oracle Flexcube Core Banking product and FCUBS application.
- Good Techno functional knowledge in Flexcube Modules (Such as CASA /IC/Payments/}Accounting /Loans /Trades).
- Strong knowledge in Flexcube Maintenance setup, Batch Process, EOD / SOD process, Different stages of Batch.
- Working knowledge of Oracle PL /SQL, able to write medium complexity queries and other related operations.
- Must have experience in Data Mapping and documentation.
- Independently perform analysis and create relevant documents.
- Must have experience in writing BRD /FRD.
- Good communication skills, strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in working with global delivery models leveraging cross location distributed teams.
