Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) to meet asset management and operational requirements.
Lead integration efforts between Maximo and enterprise systems using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) for seamless data flow.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze workflows, asset lifecycle, and maintenance needs and optimize Maximo solutions accordingly.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system enhancements to maximize Maximo's efficiency.
Manage Maximo upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities ensuring system stability and adoption of latest features like AI-powered Maximo Assistant.
Develop and deliver user training and documentation tailored for operational teams to ensure smooth adoption.
Implement predictive maintenance, inventory optimization, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies based on IBM Maximo 9.1 capabilities to reduce operational costs.
Stay updated with the latest IBM Maximo advancements and specific requirements to continuously improve asset management solutions.
Utilize cloud deployment skills (Red Hat OpenShift, IBM Cloud) in Maximo implementation projects to enhances its cloud adoption.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite and Maximo Asset Management.
Strong understanding of enterprise asset management within telecommunications or utility industries.
Experience with IBM Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and scripting.
Proficiency in database (SQL), reporting, and workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI/ML capabilities integrated into Maximo.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
