Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end-clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. Job Description:

Dealer Network and Employee Engagement (DNEE) is a department that focuses on applications used in the support and tracking of dealer functions. Specifically for this role, the focus will be the Dealer Program Enrollment & Information (DPEI) application, which tracks Programs a dealer is/can enrolled in, based on location and dealer agreements. The Full Stack Senior Software Engineer will be part of a team responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining a rewrite/modernization of the Legacy DPES application into it's updated and modernized form. The current application is written in classic ASP technology, using Oracle as the backend. The new application, which will be the focus of position, is written/modernized using JAVA, Angular, Springboot and PCF (on Prem), along with PostGres as the database. The updated application implements API's using Apigee. It was released in CAN in late 2022 and the US in August of 2023, and is in consideration for rollout to other markets in 2024. The application is also currently being migrated from it's OnPrem PCF infrastructure over to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), so knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.

Skills Required:

Java - Angular - Spring Boot / microservices - REST API's - CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub) - Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) - PCF - TDD and agile methodologies and practices

Skills Preferred:

• Good knowledge of testing and security methodologies and tools such as SonarQube, CheckMarx - Good understand of logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk, and DynaTrace - Good understanding of SQL type databases and/or experience with PostGres
• Good understanding of performance and load engineering and tuning - Agile methodologies - Possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all actions.
• Experience creating technical specifications
• Business process improvement experience - Knowledge of IT security policy and requirements

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities
• Experience working as a software engineer in an Agile team.
• Experience with automated tools such as Selenium. - Willingness to dig into work, analyze the problem, and formulate a suggested direction/solution without having to be told what to do and how to do it.
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and drives them to completion

Education Required:

Bachelor s degree in computer or data science, engineering, statistics, operations research, or other quantitative area
