Job Description:

This role is centered on driving marketing and creative projects using Agile as a guiding framework. You ll be working closely with Creative, Content, Production, IT, and Analytics teams to keep work moving, stakeholders aligned, and priorities clear. Looking for someone who has managed real-world marketing or creative workflows and is comfortable operating in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or similar role, delivering complex projects in Agile environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written) across all organizational levels.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their practical application.
  • Strong leadership with a servant-leader mindset; skilled at facilitating collaboration and consensus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Ziflow, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Bachelor s degree with 4+ years in project management and/or Agile environments (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced degree preferred; Agile certifications highly desirable.
