Position: Product Manager
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Local candidates only)
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Possible Extension)
Overview: seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a multi-year program modernizing the company s order management and invoicing systems. The role acts as the main link between business, IT, and strategic partners, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery of new digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business, IT, and operations teams to manage the full product lifecycle.
Define and manage product roadmaps, timelines, goals, and dependencies.
Prioritize and manage product backlog with IT and Product Owners.
Lead Agile practices (sprint planning, MVP releases, etc.).
Handle issue resolution, risk mitigation, and communication plans.
Track and report project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements traceability.
Oversee rollout, training, documentation, and change management.
Manage vendor relationships and project budgets.
Use KPIs and analytics to monitor performance and product success.
Support product launches and ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional digital programs.
4+ years of Salesforce project or product management experience.
Strong background in software delivery, Agile methodology, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, Teams).
Experience in sales, operations, or finance domains is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Some travel to Clean Earth facilities required.
