Key Responsibilities:
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for banking products (e.g., digital onboarding, payments, mobile banking, core banking systems).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Serve as the subject matter expert for banking-related regulations, processes, and customer needs.
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML), and internal risk controls.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in digital banking.
Act as a key liaison between banking operations and technology teams to ensure product alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
13+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
Strong experience in the banking industry (retail, commercial, or digital banking).
Proven knowledge of banking systems, regulatory compliance, and financial products.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
