Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role will focus on integrating SAP SuccessFactors with Payroll systems to streamline HR processes and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP BTP development, cloud integration, and API implementation, with a keen understanding of payroll and HR system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy SAP BTP applications using CAP, Node.js/Java, and Fiori/UI5.

  • Design, implement, and maintain APIs and services for SuccessFactors and Payroll integration.

  • Leverage SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) for data transformation, message orchestration, and system connectivity.

  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end data consistency and reliability.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and integration workflows.

  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and best practices in application development and integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with SAP BTP development and deployment.

  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Integration and Payroll systems (SAP and third-party).

  • Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, OData, REST APIs, and CAP model.

  • Proficiency in Node.js, Java, Fiori/UI5, and SAP HANA.

  • Understanding of HR business processes and payroll workflows.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certifications in BTP, SuccessFactors, or CPI.

  • Experience with end-to-end HR system implementation and integration projects.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices in SAP landscapes.
