RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Analyst III in San Diego, CA.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Facilitate resolution of Tier 1 and 2 application issues for business partners and escalate to vendor support as needed
* Create detailed user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and facilitate UAT with business partners
* Define, coordinate and/or execute system integration testing to ensure solutions are built to requirements and specifications

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with at least a couple years of applied work experience; An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered
* Experience with MS Suite
* Experience with Smartsheets
* Excellent attention to detail
* Handling escalated service desk calls for customers
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including tact, diplomacy, and flexibility
* Excellent skills in defining and documenting processes, requirements, and training materials
* Ability to be highly organized, self-motivated with the capability to prioritize projects and workload
* Previous pharma experience preferred or a desire to learn in a pharma environment Scope

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; Walk; Sit; Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Climb or balance; Stoop, kneel, crouch, see, talk, or hear in a standard office environment. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
