Description:
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EBS Payroll solutions for large-scale payroll operations.
- Provide functional and technical expertise in Oracle HR and Payroll modules.
- Support cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including testing, data migration, and deployment.
- Analyze and resolve payroll system issues, ensuring compliance with federal or global payroll regulations.
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Support change management activities, including user training and documentation.
Requirements:
- Deep functional and technical experience with Oracle HR and Payroll processing and operations.
- Proven experience implementing large-scale payroll systems.
- Oracle EBS HR & Payroll experience.
- Federal Payroll implementation or operational experience.
- Bachelor s Degree required (Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred).
