Job Details
Lead the gathering of business needs for medium complexity projects. Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to specifications within our custom ERP system, utilizing the ApacheOfBiz Platform, with little to some direction and oversight Include detailed and concise descriptions of business and technical requirements. This effort includes considerations for regulatory, business, user, functional and non-functional requirements.
Define, organize and schedule requirements management activities within the scope of an overall project plan to be executed on time and on budget. Lead the design of solutions for medium complexity projects through interactions with the business (Accounting, Quality, Sales and Supply Chain Departments) and technical staff.
Collaborate with both the business (Accounting, Quality, Sales and Supply Chain Departments) and IT technical staff in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new functionalities, and enhancements to existing applications, as well as integrations with other systems, APIs, and external databases.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Strong understanding of supply chain principles IT experience specifically in business process analysis and design Strong business acumen and business process knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses good organizational and time management skills.
