Must have ServiceNow/Salesforce experience.

Focus on Burbank and Seattle on for the location. Orlando position has been filled.

MUST HAVES:

  • Strong data governance exp/background especially working with OPERATIONAL data
  • Someone who can dig into insights and understand/ask What drives towards a process improvement perspective- "ok data looks this way, now I need to work with team to understand why data looks this way and train people on why data needs to look better".
  • Strong need for someone to understand how an incident is typically run, what the data aspect of it needs to be corrected so people can respond to incident in a timely manner
  • Be able to dig into data and understand it, make analysis

Don t worry about ITIL

If they don t have ServiceNow, but have another ticketing program like Salesforce that s fine

Agile/CMMI/Lean Six Sigma certs a BIG PLUS

Meeting Recap:

Role: Business Process Manager

Status: Reopened due to the previous employee transitioning to a different team after five months during a critical project phase.

Overview:

  • Focus on process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and ITIL knowledge (not an ITIL shop but uses elements from it).
  • Understanding of data governance and integrity is crucial.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable for operational data management (incidents, change management, etc.).

Team Structure:

  • Data analysis and integrity experience.
  • Certifications like Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, and Agile are beneficial.
