About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and technically proficient Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the successful delivery of software implementation projects.. This role requires a strong foundation in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You'll be responsible for driving projects from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Evaluate RFPs and vendor proposals for technical feasibility and security risks.
• Communicate project plans, updates, and risks clearly to internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RACI matrices, RAID logs, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues and manage change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with our client's change management and security standards.
• Provide technical guidance on system architecture, infrastructure, networking, and Active Directory (AD).
• Support software administration, audit reporting, and hands-on implementation tasks when needed.
• Collaborate with the CIO on strategic planning, innovation capture, and solution development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in software or IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong technical background in:
  • Databases (Oracle preferred)
  • Cloud platforms and system architecture
  • Networking and infrastructure
  • Active Directory (AD)
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, and ITSM platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in enterprise software development or implementation.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
