Senior Cloud Security Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join a high-impact team focused on enhancing the security posture of cloud services. In this highly visible role, you will be instrumental in conducting security and risk assessments for services deployed on Azure and Power Platform, collaborating directly with engineering teams to ensure risk mitigation and compliance readiness. This is a hands-on engineering position where you will use your expertise in automation to streamline security workflows and provide critical guidance to stakeholders, making a tangible difference in the organization's security landscape.

• Perform in-depth security and risk assessments for cloud-based services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to track and ensure the closure of risk mitigation efforts.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on remediation support.
• Analyze security and compliance datasets to surface key insights and summarize risk impact.
• Leverage automation to streamline risk tracking and compliance validation.

5+ years of experience with automation and coding, with a strong background in Azure security architecture and services.

3+ years of experience in security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis.

1+ years of experience with risk management frameworks such as NIST CSF v2.

Relevant security certification (e.g., CISSP or SANS GIAC).
