Duration: 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Brand Marketing Contractor to join our Graco baby team. In this role, you will support packaging and activation creative development, facilitate new product set-up, and manage critical administrative tasks to ensure our marketing initiatives run seamlessly. Your contributions will be central to delivering compelling brand experiences and ensuring the smooth execution of cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging & Activation Creative Development:
o Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop engaging packaging and activation materials that are both visually striking and on-brand.
o Assist in conceptualizing innovative visual storytelling strategies to enhance brand identity and drive campaign efficiency.
o Oversee the production process, ensuring that creative outputs meet regulatory, legal, and brand guidelines.
New Product Set-Up & Launch Support:
o Manage the end-to-end process for introducing new products, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align on launch strategies.
o Support the set-up process across various internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry along with comprehensive documentation of product details.
o Contribute to creating and executing dynamic launch plans focused on effective product positioning and promotional activities.
Administrative & Project Coordination:
o Provide detailed administrative support to the marketing team with a strong focus on organization, ensuring every project milestone and deliverable is meticulously tracked and managed.
o Coordinate meetings, maintain meticulous project documentation, and oversee scheduling to keep the team's workflow streamlined and organized.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with CMD, production support, sales, and other relevant departments to integrate creative assets and product data effectively into various initiatives.
o Stay informed about industry trends and market developments, offering insights that drive creative strategies and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
o Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
o A minimum of 3 years experience in brand marketing, project management, or a similar role emphasizing creative development, product launch support, and organizational coordination.
Skills:
o Exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring all projects are detailed, timely, and effectively coordinated.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate creative visions and coordinate operational directives.
o A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail in every aspect of work.
Technical Proficiency:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
o Experience with data-driven product set-ups and meticulous marketing collateral organization.
