Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP B1 Project Lead for a full-time, remote role. This position is ideal for professionals with 10+ years of experience in SAP, including 5 6 full-cycle SAP Business One implementations & Project Management , and hands-on knowledge of BEAS Manufacturing, WMS, and SAP WISYS. The successful candidate will lead complex projects across industries and be comfortable working directly with clients. While remote, this role requires frequent travel for customer meetings and onsite support. Candidates with prior experience at an SAP Partner organization will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP B1 implementation, migration, and upgrade projects. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations. Own project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases. Configure and support BEAS Manufacturing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and SAP WISYS. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success. Conduct training sessions, UAT, and post-go-live support. Provide project documentation and maintain compliance with SAP standards. Travel for project kick-offs, workshops, go-lives, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in ERP, with 7+ years in SAP Business One. Experience leading at least 5 6 full-cycle SAP B1 implementations. Strong functional expertise in BEAS Manufacturing, WMS, and SAP WISYS. Deep understanding of SAP B1 core modules: Finance, Sales, Inventory, Production, Purchasing. Excellent client engagement, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and third-party integrations is a plus. PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certifications preferred. Prior experience working with an SAP Partner is highly preferred. Willingness to travel frequently to client locations. Flexible work hours No PST shift requirement.
