- Evaluate and manage system support data across avionics platforms
- Develop maintenance task plans and resource requirements
- Perform logistics analysis and generate technical support documentation
- Contribute to spares provisioning for optimal part stocking
- Review fleet performance, reliability, and availability metrics
- Author and revise technical publications for aircraft systems

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on avionics systems maintenance experience (F-15 or similar)
- Prior defense industry or military customer support experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook
- Bachelors degree in engineering, technology, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Plusses:
- Background in communications, navigation, electrical, weapons, or radar systems
- Experience with integration and electronic warfare systems
- Previous authorship or contribution to technical documentation
- Master's degree and/or additional years of relevant experience a plus
