Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive customer value and business growth. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and optimization, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.

  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder input.

  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, support) to build and launch high-quality products.

  • Drive product launches including working with marketing, executives, and other product team members.

  • Analyze product performance, identify KPIs, and iterate based on data and user feedback.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles (adjust based on level).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.

  • Technical background or understanding is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.

  • Experience with data tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or SQL.

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles.
