Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Remote IT Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement of hardware, software, and IT services. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely acquisition of technology solutions to support our organization s operational needs all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, and services.

Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.

Negotiate prices, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms.

Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor onboarding.

Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to understand procurement needs and priorities.

Monitor market trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions.

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, vendor performance, and contractual obligations.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise.

Continuously evaluate supplier performance and seek opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of IT products, services, and industry standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.

Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

Experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
