We are looking for a highly skilled Tosca Test Lead to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will lead the test automation efforts using Tosca, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes are implemented. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, test strategy development, and leadership in Tosca-based projects.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the test automation initiatives using Tosca within the project.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project management teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage a team of test automation engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Execute and monitor automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Review and optimize test automation frameworks, ensuring best practices and Tosca standards are followed.
  • Identify test coverage gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure full coverage.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to report test progress, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure smooth integration of test automation within DevOps pipelines for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Conduct defect tracking, bug reporting, and follow-ups to ensure resolution.
  • Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 3+ years as a Test Lead.
  • Expertise in Tosca Test Suite, including designing and developing test cases using Tosca.
  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality work output.
  • Excellent understanding of the SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex test automation issues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
