Job Description:
>> BA with Guidewire experience preferred, second preference: BA with P&C insurance experience.
>> Facilitate sessions to understand and document business needs and user requirements for Guidewire projects.
>> Analyze business processes and document workflows, functional specifications, user stories, system designs, and other technical documents.
>> Assess existing system capabilities against new business requirements to identify gaps.
>> Serve as a liaison between business units, development teams, and other stakeholders to communicate requirements and updates.
>> Utilize deep knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry and specific Guidewire products.
>> Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with business objectives and often maximize out-of-the-box Guidewire features.
>> Experience with specific Guidewire modules PolicyCenter is crucial.
>> Proficiency with Agile SCRUM and general business analysis methodologies.
>> Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
>> Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
>> Excellent client relationship management, and presentation skills.
