Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Warehouse Analyst to join our team in City of Industry, California or remotely. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our warehouse management systems. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate across departments, optimize data processes, and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain database queries, stored procedures, and functions to support warehouse management systems and their integration with e-commerce and enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
Collaborate with teams across logistics, operations, and IT to streamline processes and enhance data integrity.
Assist in system upgrades while maintaining data security and integrity throughout the process.
Provide technical support and work with application vendors to address incidents and support requests.
Create and update documentation, including standard operating procedures, to support system functionality.
Analyze and address business requirements by designing practical database solutions.
Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve warehouse management systems.
Offer on-call and after-hours support as needed to maintain system operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in database development, with preference for HighJump warehouse management systems.
Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
Familiarity with Koerber HighJump architecture and data structures is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in problem-solving and system optimization.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience in data modeling, business intelligence tools, and data quality management is a plus.
