responsibilities:
- Lead Solution Design & Implementation: Take the lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative workplace technology solutions, including state-of-the-art collaboration tools, productivity software, and end-user devices.
- Drive Process Innovation: Define and lead the delivery of new, streamlined processes that align with the team's strategic technology portfolio.
- Architect Automation: Design and develop robust, end-to-end automation scripts using languages like PowerShell, Python, or .Net to optimize IT processes and enhance efficiency.
- Solve Complex IT Challenges: Leverage your comprehensive understanding of various IT disciplines-including Information Security, Platform, and Networking-to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues.
- Mentor and Guide: Provide expert technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth in best practices, advanced troubleshooting, and project execution.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and vendors to identify strategic opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the workplace technology domain.
- Champion Change Management: Develop effective communication strategies and lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and successful integration of new workplace technology initiatives.

qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in workplace technology or a similar domain.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Operating Systems & Microsoft 365 Expertise: Deep expertise in enterprise-level operating systems and the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Scripting & Automation: Strong ability to architect and develop robust, end-to-end automation scripts in a relevant language (e.g., PowerShell, Python, .Net).
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of core infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage, and security.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts, implementations, and capabilities clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
