Duties:
- Lead end-to-end field operations across assigned regions (urban/rural/remote), including inspector readiness, scheduling/dispatch, adherence to SOPs, and attempt rules (e.g., max attempts; required wait periods).
- Ensure evidence capture meets standards (required photo set with date/time, geotag, device metadata; signatures; chain-of-custody).
- Coordinate with the inspection work-order and status-tracking systems to manage acceptance/ETA and resolve first-line send-backs.
- Manage surge capacity and after-hours support to meet 48-Hour/7-Day/15-Day/30-Day SLAs; rebalance coverage for weather/access constraints.
- Collaborate with PM and QA Manager on trend reviews and targeted corrective actions (training res, SOP clarifications).
- Track field KPIs (acceptance time, on-time arrival, revisit rates, refusal/closure codes) and provide inputs to monthly reporting.
- Support transition-in by validating field readiness, onboarding inspectors, and confirming SOP/tool access.
- Lead weekly field stand-ups; contribute to risk/issue logs and SOP updates.
- Assist in stakeholder demos/walkthroughs of field workflows, including virtual-visit protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years leading distributed, high-volume field operations (inspections, audits, investigations, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success managing large inspector networks, surge planning, and escalations.
- Proficiency with mobile capture workflows, photo/EXIF standards, and geo-validation practices.
- Strong collaboration with QA/PMO; data-driven approach to reducing defects and improving cycle time.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise with site-verification methods in healthcare or regulated industries; working knowledge of provider-enrollment concepts (DMEPOS, IDTF).
- Prior CMS/MAC or Medicare/Medicaid enrollment-integrity experience.
- Background in training design/delivery for field staff.
- Experience with contractor performance frameworks (QASP/QCP) and SLA management.
