Description:


The client Grant Manager will manage program activities, monitoring, and compliance for the Title I: Direct Student Services Grant. This position will be responsible for tracking data, submitting programmatic and fiscal reports, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure grant compliance. They will provide technical assistance and monitoring to LEAs who apply for the client grant.

Grants management experience preferred. Experience in monitoring and program effectiveness is preferred. Skills in: communication, both written and verbal, decision making and problem solving, organizational skills, planning and prioritizing, analyzing data, intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to: multi-task, work as a member of a team, develop reports and written procedures, provide attention to detail, and provide high-quality customer service.

Day to day, this candidate will be handling grant applications, questions, billing, pulling reports, and assisting with the financial aspect to grants. Because of this, a history of accounting will be required for this role.

Must be skilled in written/oral communication as this person will be communicating about grants across other teams, and the CFO.

It is preferred that the candidate have experience working in education, such as working with competitive grants that will go directly to schools to fund tutoring/coaching.

Some college is preferred.
