We are seeking an experienced Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Developer to support the WA ACES program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying business rules and decision logic using IBM ODM or similar Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS).

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy business rules using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
- Translate business requirements into executable decision logic
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams
- Ensure accuracy, performance, and maintainability of automated business rules
- Support full lifecycle development, including enhancements and production support
Required Skills
- IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM): Mastery
- Business Rules Engines: Strong expertise
- Full Stack Java Development: Advanced proficiency
- Experience working in enterprise-scale applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
