Responsibilities:
- Specialist in planning, organizing, and managing various events.
- Outgoing and good at personal interaction with the ability to engage with organization representatives and lead the planning and coordination activities.
- Skilled in data collection to track effectiveness of the events and assess the impact on the participants at the events.
- Ability to interact with team members in order to understand their targets and objectives.
- Support small business project industry outreach, coordinate all of its speaking engagements, and outreach events.
- Prepare and assemble authorization documentation for small business project engagements for approval by senior leadership.
- Support the benefit assessment and provide monthly written recommendations for small business project participation in external federal events.
Required Experience:
- BA degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Detail oriented and schedule driven.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), SBA guidelines, and client procurement practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
