Seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Functional Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications within the SAP landscape, and collaborating with technical teams to implement and deploy solutions. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our SAP systems to support business processes and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.).
• Functional Design: Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, including process flows, configuration requirements, and data mapping.
• SAP Configuration: Participate in the configuration of SAP modules based on the approved functional specifications.
• Testing and Validation: Develop test scenarios, execute testing, and ensure the implemented SAP solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate with business users, technical teams (developers, ABAPers), and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• User Training and Support: Develop user training materials and provide end-user support for implemented SAP solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business blueprints, functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve SAP-related issues, working with technical teams as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement.
• Project Participation: Actively participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, contributing to project planning, execution, and go-live activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5/10 years of experience as an SAP Functional Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business processes in one or more core SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, QM, etc.).
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements, creating functional specifications, and configuring SAP systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with S/4HANA.
• Certification in relevant SAP modules.
• Experience with integration between SAP modules and other enterprise systems.
• Exposure to data migration activities.
