Piper Companies is looking for Quality Inspector V to ensure products meet the regulatory standards working for a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices in Depew, NY.

Responsibilities for the Quality Inspector V include:
- Completion of incoming inspection activities
- First Article Inspection activities.
- Final Product Verification and Audit Release functions.
- Creation of Engineering Sample Inspection Report
- Interface with Manufacturing, Engineering and supplier personnel to analyze and isolate product quality problems.
Qualifications for the Quality Inspector V include:
- AAS or higher degree
- 3+ years of experience - Metrology Technical expert
- Exp/ability to demonstrate use of various measurement gauges: (CMM, Optical comparator, micrometer, caliper, height gauge, Oscilloscope etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Exp with MS Word,Excel, MS Access, ERP systems, EQMS (Compliant plus) and Calibration databases
Compensation for the Quality Inspector include:
- $24.85/hour
- w/ Voluntary O.T either before or after the normal shift & Saturdays 6a-11a or 7a-11a ( averaging 5-10 hours per week)
- Shift: 7am - 3:30 pm
- START DATE by END OF MAY 2025
