We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist for a hybrid W2 position in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Build and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
Work with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality.
Document models, methodologies, and findings for future reference and transparency.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in a professional setting.
Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Proficient in SQL and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data wrangling.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for model deployment and data management.
