Job Details
A fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) is seeking a National Field Support Technician to travel across the U.S. (ideally in the Mid-West/Texas area) providing onsite client support. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role that blends hands-on technical work with client-facing service. You'll work on everything from desktop deployments and server support to networking and infrastructure troubleshooting - all while traveling to support a diverse portfolio of clients.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in an MSP or IT services environment
- Strong experience with Windows Desktop and Server environments
- Solid understanding of networking (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN)
- Hands-on support for hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.)
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM tools
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally (air and ground) up to 100%
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Office 365, Azure, and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with structured cabling, rack-and-stack setups, or POS systems
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
- Previous experience in field service or as a road technician
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation best practices
