Job Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Consultant to provide exceptional phone and chat support for a financial institution's online and mobile banking platforms. This role focuses on assisting customers with technical issues, product navigation, and digital service utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and chat
- Troubleshoot login issues, password resets, and transaction errors
- Guide users through online registration and mobile app setup
- Provide accurate information on digital banking products and services
- Escalate complex issues in accordance with department procedures
- Support off-phone tasks such as manual enrollments, auditing, and follow-ups
Areas of Support Include:
- Core system conversion inquiries
- Access authentication and security issues
- eStatements, internal transfers, mobile app support
- Billing research and digital service troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and researching solutions
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Familiarity with general office equipment
