Job Description

Infosys is seeking an experienced UIPath Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide automation initiatives for a leading retail and manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, document requirements, and drive successful RPA project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities across retail and manufacturing processes

  • Conduct process discovery, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessments to prioritize automation use cases

  • Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and support Solution Design Documents (SDDs)

  • Act as a liaison between business users and UIPath RPA developers to ensure accurate requirement translation

  • Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives

  • Monitor automation performance against business KPIs and recommend enhancements

  • Contribute to automation roadmaps and reusable assets within the Automation CoE

  • Explore integration of Agentic AI capabilities to enhance intelligent automation

Project Management Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of RPA projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality adherence

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, RPA developers, and infrastructure teams

  • Drive governance, compliance, and risk management activities

  • Track project KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities

  • Support automation roadmap planning and AI integration initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of overall Business Analyst experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of direct, recent UIPath experience

  • Hands-on experience documenting business processes and creating PDDs

  • Enterprise-level experience working with multiple business units

  • Strong understanding of retail and/or manufacturing operations

  • Experience in consumer electronics domain OR large enterprise software development environments

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
