We are looking for Service NOW Analyst/Developer position
Please find the Job description as below:
Workstyle: Hybrid ( Candidate need to work at onsite every other week (all 5 days) in the office)
Location: Merrimack, NH
NOTE: Candidate must be on Teknosys W2 only.
Experience: 8 +
Mandatory key Skillset : Service NOW, Development, JavaScript, Python, Test Plan, Execution
Job Description:
This role will be a key player on the Enterprise HR / Payroll Platform team, supporting ServiceNow. You will be part of a team focused on increasing efficiency and transforming the internal case management tool through technology. You be focused on the enhancements of ServiceNow and will collaborate with business and technology partners to solve issues, deliver enhancements, and provide on-going support in an Agile environment.
The Expertise we re looking for
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience in ServiceNow.
  • 2+ year s experience in JavaScript on ServiceNow platform
  • 5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience and/or 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Experience in Human Resources a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with requirements definition, documentation, and refinement
  • Experience with end-to-end test planning and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Platform experience
