Remote

Responsible for driving channel partner revenue and growth throughout enterprise accounts. The Sales Manager will manage existing and new enterprise account efforts and support and feed business development aspects of partnerships, with a primary focus on producing sales revenue and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing channel partners/enterprise accounts and work to establish trusted relationships within their ecosystems.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue growth through key enterprise accounts, specifically.
  • Meet and exceed set revenue and margin targets.
  • Drive partner relationships to maximize sales.
  • Communicate with partners on new products and service offerings.
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
  • Prepare written presentations, reports and price quotations in support of channel partner agreements.
  • Define and execute partner annual plans for enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience in SaaS environments.
  • Successful achievement of $1M+ targets, consultative enterprise solution, or technical sales.
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving them through the sales cycle.
  • Successful track record with partner development and sales growth through business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship and rapport building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A self-starter requiring low level management time and attention to perform day to day activities.
  • Previous experience working with NICE a plus.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple enterprise accounts and partners.
  • Experience selling into the US Call Center Market
  • Knowledge of the Payments industry and the PCI Data Security Standards
