We are seeking a Manager of Performance Analytics to join a dynamic and high-impact Strategy & Analytics team supporting loan originations. In this role, you will lead data-driven performance insights, develop robust analytical frameworks, and identify strategic opportunities that drive business outcomes. This is a high-visibility role that interacts directly with leadership and cross-functional teams in Credit, Finance, Operations, and Technology.

responsibilities:


  • Lead analytical efforts focused on the performance of the loan originations business, translating complex data into clear insights and action plans.
  • Design and implement frameworks for monitoring KPIs and measuring performance against business targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Credit, Operations, Finance, and Technology to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Own end-to-end project execution on strategic initiatives, from ideation to implementation.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate performance metrics and recommend areas for optimization or innovation.
  • Contribute to setting business and operational targets and refining processes to achieve them.


qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, strategy, or a related discipline with a track record of complex problem-solving.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience applying statistical methods such as sampling, hypothesis testing, time series analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical acumen with an ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and make fact-based recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
