RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst (Contact Center) in Westlake, TX.
Key Tasks:
* Optimally evaluate client's need and business processes. Translate, communicate, and detail the requirements to the Agreement Express solution
* Documenting requirements and communicate workflow through diagrams (e.g. build process flow diagrams, integration diagrams, finite state diagrams, customer experience maps, etc.)
* Collaborate with the clients through way we make decisions and gain consensus to reach sign-off
* Problem solving skills with the ability to take initiative, draw conclusions, and communicate ideas to peers and leadership
* Workflow design, data analysis, data visualization, and impact analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Contact Center experience and Business Analysis certifications desirable
* 5-7 years of transferable experience
* Ability to succinctly communicate solution and requirements to customer and internal team
* Skilled at documenting requirements and communicate workflow through diagrams (e.g. build process flow diagrams, integration diagrams, finite state diagrams, customer experience maps, etc.)
* Proven ability to succinctly communicate solution and requirements to customer and internal team
* Excellent facilitation skill to collaborate with the clients through way we make decisions and gain consensus to reach sign-off
* Possesses problem solving skills with the ability to take initiative, draw conclusions, and communicate ideas to peers and leadership
* Proven experience with workflow design, data analysis, data visualization, and impact analysis
* Can work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; Technical writing experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
