Job Summary:
Avanciers are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support under general supervision. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with office tools, and the ability to handle routine correspondence and documentation with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of HR operations.
Prepare and edit documents such as memos, reports, and correspondence, ensuring proper grammar, spelling, and formatting.
Proofread and revise documents for accuracy and clarity.
Draft responses to routine inquiries and correspondence for signature.
Utilize software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, etc.) to create and format reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately.
Arrange and coordinate domestic/international travel, conferences, and calls.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of administrative or HR support experience preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
