Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with strong SQL and BI tool experience to help us transform data into meaningful business insights. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, especially in the healthcare provider space, to drive actionable decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven insights and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify KPIs, data gaps, and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau (Power BI acceptable).
- Write advanced SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Deliver actionable insights, not just visualizations this role is about driving real impact.
- Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- S Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, healthcare informatics, or a related field
- Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
