Job Details

  • Experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.x includes extensive work
    experience on at least 2 large-scale system implementation project involving
    large numbers of users and multiple locations.
  • Advanced experience designing and developing solutions for PeopleSoft HCM
    applications Payroll, Time and Labor and Absence Management including deep
    experience and understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM data model.
  • Strong Application Engine and SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience with some or all of the following - Fluid technology, Tile,
    Related content, Event mapping and page field configurator
  • Demonstrated ability to understand functional needs and how systems can
    support those needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop conversion and system implementation plans.
  • Proven Experience authoring technical design specifications and test plans.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-
    technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
  • Strong collaboration, analytical, and teamwork skills. Strong, demonstrated
    project leadership and software management skills.
  • Experience with configuration strategy preparation, object migration with
    STAT/PHIRE, procedures & practices, determining automated and manual
    methods etc.
