Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive software development and release processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing, product, and tech teams.
  • Coordinate project teams, assign roles, and develop schedules to meet project milestones on time.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
  • Engage with global teams to define organizational roadmaps and enhance platform features.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technical product or program management with a focus on software engineering collaboration.
  • Strong ability to manage programs across diverse teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Expertise in evaluating and building system-level technical designs.
  • Experience in developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a high-volume environment and manage strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership and driving operational excellence initiatives.
