Job Details
Position: Sr. UX Engineer
Duration: 7 months+

Responsibilities
- The UX Designer will work independently on design initiatives, leveraging research insights and industry best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly designs
- This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and user needs
- Support UX design efforts on mid-sized projects, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms
- Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to communicate design intent
- Partner with UX researchers to analyze user data and translate findings into actionable design improvements
- Conduct experience audits, competitive/comparative analysis and confirm design proposals are meeting market expectations
- Develop and refine information architecture and user flows
- Participate in and occasionally lead design critiques and stakeholder reviews
- Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility, and interaction design
- Work closely with product teams and developers to understand product goals, requirements, and constraints, ensuring design implementation meets standards
- Support UX strategy development and contribute to design system evolution
Required Experience
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, UI
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field OR equivalent experience
- Experience working within an Agile development process
- Strong ability to balance user needs with business objectives
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Understanding of accessibility and usability principles
Preferred experience in E-commerce and/or financial background would be helpful but not required.
