Redpoint Implementation Architect (Hybrid Onsite - Malvern, PA)

  • Location: Hybrid Onsite Malvern, PA (3 days/week)
  • Type: Long-Term Contract
  • Years of Experience: 5+ years in CDP/data integration, with 2+ years with Redpoint.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Redpoint Implementation Architect to lead the design and rollout of Redpoint s Customer Data Platform (CDP). In this role, you'll be responsible for defining use cases, integrating data, managing identity resolution, unifying customer profiles, and supporting campaign orchestration, playing a pivotal role in delivering robust customer data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Redpoint CDP implementations (data integration, identity resolution, profile unification).
  • Collaborate with business/IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and oversee secure data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
  • Configure Redpoint for campaign orchestration and audience segmentation.
  • Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years in CDP/data integration, with 2+ years specifically with Redpoint.
  • Strong SQL and ETL experience.
  • Solid understanding of customer data unification and privacy compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior hybrid/onsite project experience preferred.
