Job Description:
Pay Range: $47.72hr - $51.72hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 7+ years of hands-on project or program management experience in policy, gov-tech, or highly regulated environments.
- Proven success coordinating distributed teams and large user bases (100+ end users) across multiple time zones.
- DemonstXXd expertise with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) implementation and adoption.
- Experience with marketing automation and outbound communication platforms
- Experience with political-intelligence or government-relations tooling (e.g., Quorum).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define OKRs, build dashboards, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools.
- Experience in policy, lobbying, or campaign operations.
- Own the global production queue for all Public Policy outbound communications, ensuring timely and aligned delivery of assets.
- Act as the intake controller for campaign requests, evaluating briefs, prioritizing based on impact and urgency, and allocating resources.
- Screen content proactively to identify roadblocks and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Maintain and refine Kanban/Sprint workflows (e.g., Jira, Asana) to ensure visibility for stakeholders.
- Produce reports highlighting status, blockers, and capacity forecasts; escalate risks with mitigation plans.
- Deliver briefs summarizing progress against OKRs, success stories, and next steps.
- Serve as the primary contact for regional Policy, Government Relations, and Communications teams.
- Translate stakeholder requests into actionable requirements for content and data teams.
- Gather user feedback, convert into product backlogs, and collaboXX with technical teams to enhance production processes.
