Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Functional Project Manager with a strong technical background in voice and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise-level projects across departments, implementing change management strategies, and driving user adoption through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects involving voice and collaboration technologies across multiple business units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including IT, operations, and business teams to gather requirements and define project scopes and timelines.
  • Oversee the implementation, upgrade, or migration of voice systems (e.g., VoIP, Cisco Call Manager) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for end users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and project sponsors regarding milestones, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Create training materials and lead user onboarding sessions to facilitate smooth transitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within IT or Unified Communications.
  • Hands-on experience with voice and telephony systems and modern collaboration platforms.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and driving end-user adoption.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
