Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Workday Test Analyst HCM, Payroll & Benefits. This is an immediate need for our premier healthcare client!
The Workday Tester plays a key role in validating the accuracy, functionality, and compliance of Workday HCM and Payroll modules, supporting successful implementations, upgrades, and ongoing system performance.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on testing experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes.
- Ability to write and execute test cases, test scripts, and regression testing.
- Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and issue resolution.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, payroll, and technical teams.
What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
- Conduct end-to-end system testing for new functionality and enhancements.
- Identify, document, and track defects and system issues.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, HR/payroll stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Support Workday releases and upgrades through regression and integration testing.
- Ensure compliance with business requirements and internal controls.
Compensation Information
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $50/hr $70/hr W2 depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health, vision and dental insurance and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
